French Fridays with Dorie: Roasted Salmon and Lentils
This was my husband Peter’s favorite recipe so far from the online cooking club I belong to: French Fridays with Dorie. She said to press a clove into a small onion and cut the carrots and celery into 4-6 pieces but, of course I didn’t do that…instead I cut the onion into a fine dice, cut up the whole carrot and used the celery leaves along with the celery stock. When it came time to puree, I pureed the 3/4 cup of it which left a nice texture and flavor. The salmon came out perfect! This was so delicious I will be making this again, again and again ~thanks Dorie for a fabulous dish!
