French Fridays with Dorie: Almond Flounder Meuniere
Wow this week flew by! I can’t believe that we are in the first week of May already. That means that we have a new list of recipes to make from Dorie’s Cookbook, “Around my French Table.” I belong to an online cooking club and every Friday we look online and find out what our recipe is and refer to Dorie’s cookbook, then we post them on our blogs. This week was a tasty one…almond flounder meuniere. Whole Foods didn’t have any flounder… so I used sole instead! I served it with french lentils that Dorie has gotten my husband and I hooked on, we now have them once or twice a week! ~This recipe is super easy and fast!
