French Fridays with Dorie: Crunchy Ginger-Pickled Cucumbers & Seaweed Sables
It’s that time of the week again…French Fridays with Dorie. I missed last week because my bother and sister-in-law were visiting from Scottsdale and… I was having too much fun sipping Mojito’s at the Hyatt Incline Village. Gotta love that pier with the bar at the end of it…the waves from the lake gently rocked Pierce to sleep and we enjoyed many fabulous meals! But, I’m back to reality now…and I do have two Dorie cooking club posts on this one: the one from this week: Crunchy Ginger-Pickled Cucumbers and one from two weeks ago: Seaweed Sables! The Seaweed Sables I was a little skeptic to make them but, my friend Marci who had come over for a Margarita had tried the Seaweed Sables and said the two made a nice pair! And of course…Pierce loved them!
Back to the Crunchy Ginger-Pickled Cucumbers…love them! They are so good and normally, I’m not a big pickle fan. I will be making these again but, I think I will try jalapenos!
