Grilled Salmon with a Hoisin Sauce
This grilled salmon couldn’t be any easier! I served mine with a coconut rice and long Chinese string beans ~Yum!
1 lb Salmon Fillet (4-ounces per person)
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1/2 cup of Hoisin Sauce
Heat grill, either charcoal or gas. Season salmon with salt and pepper then brush with a 1/4 cup of Hoisin Sauce. When the grill is ready, place salmon skin side down on the med-hi heat section grill. Place the lid on and do not move the salmon. Should take about 8 minutes to cook. The salmon is ready when it feels firm to touch and looks a little opaque on the edges. Take of grill and finish with the rest of the Hoisin Sauce. Serve immediately.
