I just noticed while I was writing out the title for this post, that I forgot the heavy cream for this recipe! I thought to myself when I was taking the picture that it really didn’t look right…but with my four-year old asking for yet another snack and wanting to watch Rudolf…I got side tracked! So tonight when I make it for Peter’s dinner…I will remember the cream! ~Ugh!
