Components:

Hummus with toasted Pita bread

Kalamata olives, pitted

Prosciutto wrapped bread sticks

Feta cheese drizzled with lavender honey and toasted, roughly chopped Pistachio nuts

Hummus

Ingredients

2 cups of canned chickpeas, drained, liquid reserved

1 ½ teaspoon kosher salt

1/3 cup of Tahini sauce

The juice of 2 lemons

2 tablespoons liquid from chickpeas

2 teaspoons of chili-garlic sauce

Directions

Blend all ingredients together in a food processor. Set aside.

Wrap Prosciutto around thin bread sticks.

Heat the honey so it will drizzle easy. Place the Feta cheese on platter, drizzle with honey and Pistachio nuts.

Put all the components on a serving platter.
